Customer Service Workflow Specialist
Local camera manufacturer is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Customer Service Workflow Specialist. This person would quickly learn our current customer service and order entry process, take on multiple customer accounts, and then work to streamline and automate our procedures. SENIOR PCB DESIGNER
Note: Position possible: San Diego or other CA locations such as Greater Los Angeles or Central Valley, CA.
Position Summary: Under minimal supervision, collaborate with on and off-site multi-discipline team members to develop new and maintain existing product. Create component models, perform necessary component placement and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and generate complete release packages for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). Also, work with PCB fabrication vendors to resolve technical questions and manage all related files.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Education: Associate degree or equivalent vocational training and experience.
Experience: Five years PCB layout experience. Experience with CAD tools in current use required.
Desired Additional Skills:
Prolonged sitting at the computer terminal using keyboard and mouse, or track ball. Walking, standing, pulling, and lifting documents with some stooping and bending. The ability to lift up to ten pounds is also required.
